VUE x Luc Besson x Google Tilt Brush

To promote the exciting release of Luc Besson’s feature film, Valerian we used the dynamic VR painting tool Google Tilt Brush to meet VUE’s ‘more is more’ approach to the film campaign.

VUE Cinema were looking for a digital installation artist that was comfortable in front of a camera to support their upcoming video campaign.

To promote the exciting release of Luc Besson’s feature film, Valerian we used the dynamic VR painting tool Google Tilt Brush to meet VUE’s ‘more is more’ approach to the campaign.

Here we built on our past work created with Google VR activations to support the initial Tilt Brush launch at the Google Academy in Paris. M-L Studio used footage of the film as inspiration for the launch campaign.

Inside a green room, we live painted whilst being captured by a large film crew in East London.

RESULT:

Emphasizing the most exciting fluid and gravity defying nature of the Tilt Brush’s capabilities, we produced a fantastical interactive underwater scene.

As a creative ambassador, Joanna was also filmed discussing ML studio’s work.  Behind the scenes footage was shared across the client and artists website, YouTube and social media platforms (insert the link here) to support the premier launch and contribute to a diverse and successful 360 campaign.
