The brief was to illustrate the different stages involved in applying an organic botanical based skin care product with a diverse campaign.
Our response was to create a portrait that felt ethnically diverse using strong but soft features.
The final illustrations would be printed on a white ground so the simplified portraits relied only on an organic, ‘feel’, brown line and a tinted blush.
This intimate story and organic nature of the hand drawn works was decided upon by Miss Led Studio to reinforce the ethos centred around that uniquely personal touch of Quantum Botanika beautifully.
We took care of the skincare launch by responding with packaging illustration and film content.
Joanna managed and directed the film team. She was also pivotal to the film, and featured drawing the original portrait artwork for Quantum Botanika packaging in her East London studio.
This was widely used across all online platforms to present the new range to markets in the UK and EU.
